Refund policy

What if I want to return the product?

The product must be notified via email within 7 business days. Then the products within 7 working days in the original packaging to be returned with all the original labels and cards. The return costs are for your own account. We do advise to send the package by registered mail and to provide a tracking number.

The items must be returned new, unopened and undamaged. You will receive a full refund if all conditions are met.
